Our Ultra Studio apartment is our largest studio available, offering you more space and more storage, plus a choice of an additional lounge area and a balcony! With extra built-in storage, display shelves, unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning, private ensuite bathroom, full kitchen and comfy double or king bed options, living here will be the perfect base for your life on and off campus. The extra floor space is great for entertaining friends, practicing yoga or relaxing with a book or movie! You will also get to enjoy access to our amazing communal areas to cook, study, eat and hangout with your friends.
Scape Leicester student accommodation places you close to Melbourne’s university precinct and CBD. With shared study zones and welcoming communal lounges, students can focus on their studies while enjoying a vibrant city lifestyle.
We like to keep things easy. Your weekly rent covers your fully furnished room, all your utilities like electricity, water and air conditioning, plus high-speed Wi-Fi. You’ll also have full access to our premium spaces like gyms, cinemas and co-working areas, along with our Scape Life events and wellbeing programs. Basically, everything you need, sorted.
We offer flexible lease lengths to match your study plans. If you do need to leave early, break fees can apply. Your space should feel like home, so guests are always welcome. Staying overnight is all good if you’re over 18, just not in twin or under 18 rooms. When your guest arrives, simply register them at Reception and check in on any building-specific guidelines. As much as we love animals, Scape isn’t pet-friendly, except for registered assistance animals.

Your safety is a big deal to us. All our buildings have 24 7 support, CCTV and secure access. If something’s not quite right, just log it in the Resident Portal and we’ll take it from there. Urgent issues jump the queue, and we’ll always aim to get things fixed quickly so your space stays comfortable and hassle-free.
Your kitchenette is ready for whatever’s on the menu. You’ll have an electric cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer, plus plenty of storage to keep things organised.

Twin Apartments are designed for sharing, with two separate beds and study desks, perfect for friends or matched roommates. If you’re a couple looking for your own space, our Ultra Studio Apartments or Suites are a much better fit.
If you like a little extra room to spread out, Ultra Studios are the way to go. They’re our largest studios, giving you more space to live, study and host friends comfortably.
